It all started in a parking lot in Boca Raton, Florida. We were a tight group of cyclists, all wearing different kits and thought it would be cool to form a “team.” Melissa and Scott Wu were already running a non-profit called Animal Matters so it was proposed to create a team that celebrated & promoted animal adoption.
